    Shipping & Returns

    The boots when will be shipping in 24 days when you order. We use shipping boots DHL / USPS / UPS / EMS
    Returns
    DEPOSIT THREE SITUATIONS:
    at. Wrong size.
    b. Sent wrong item.
    c. Defective product.
    All returns must be authorized.
    To receive an authorization for a return, you must contact our customer service to contact us to obtain
    a return authorization information. As for the return that has not been exchanged for another
    article, the refund is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
    All items must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed. All original tags must still be
    attached.
    Please specify the reason for returning to our customer service before returning.
    Should you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 3 working days after being called for a
    return or exchange. If you fail to provide immediate notification, we will not allow your return
    or exchange.
    Once you receive your return authorization information, you must ship the item (s) returned within the
    specified time (14 days). Return costs will be yours.
    We will not refund shipping costs on returns or exchanges unless there was a processing error on our
    behalf.
    Pack your item (s) in the original shipping container if possible and ensure your package for the full
    value of the goods and return it using the delivery service you have selected. We are not
    responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will notify you by email once your return has been
    processed.
